maskihkiy learning lodge is operated by maskihkiy wellness inc. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information when you visit our learning lodge, register for programs, or participate in our learning community.

Participation in the learning lodge does not create a therapist–client relationship. You do not need to share personal health information or private experiences to participate.

Access to personal information is limited to team members, instructors, and administrators who reasonably need it to fulfill their responsibilities.
We use third-party services, including Thinkific and providers supporting payments, live gatherings, communications, and technical operations. These providers may process personal information to deliver their services. Their privacy policies also explain how they handle information.

Live Gatherings and Recordings
Some live gatherings are recorded so participants can revisit teachings or access sessions they cannot attend. We will let you know when a gathering is being recorded and what will be captured. Recordings may only be accessed by registered cohort members and relevant maskihkiy personnel.
Depending on the platform and recording settings, recordings may include your name, image, voice, or contributions. You may keep your camera and microphone off and contact us beforehand about ways to participate with greater privacy.
Recordings are intended for the learning audience identified when they are made. We will obtain separate permission before using any type of identifiable participant images, voices, or contributions in public promotional materials.
Participants may not make their own recordings, take screenshots of others, or distribute gathering recordings without express permission from maskihkiy wellness inc. and anyone identifiable in the material.
Privacy Within the Learning Community
Your profile name, posts, comments, and contributions may be visible to others in the relevant learning space.
We ask everyone to respect one another’s privacy and keep personal stories shared within the learning community confidential. However, we cannot guarantee other participants’ conduct. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing and do not disclose identifiable information about clients or other people without appropriate permission.
Security and Retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
You can help protect your information by using a strong, unique password, keeping your login details private, and participating from a secure connection and private space where possible.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for program delivery, account administration, completion records, and applicable business or legal requirements. Information no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, request account closure or deletion, or withdraw consent to optional uses. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law and explain any limits, including information we must retain.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We may still send essential messages about your purchases, account, or enrolled programs.
If we offer text-message communications, mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. It may be shared with providers only as needed to deliver those communications.
